REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

Our policy lasts 7 days. Due to a handmade nature of the product, items may be returned for a store credit only. If 7 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If any shipping damage or manufacturing defects are detected upon receiving the item, please notify us right away via the contact form or email us at support@whitecanvas.space with a detailed description and photos of the damage attached. 

 

Photos of all damages or defects are required in order for us to issue a refund or replacement. If you cannot provide photos of the damages and/or defects, we cannot process a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We will issue a full refund for items that arrived damaged or with a defect and were returned within 7 days frame. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. 


Some products are exempt from being returned. 

Non-returnable items:
* Seconds 
* Sale items
* Downloadable products
* Gift cards


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

If the order is not of a satisfactory for you, we are happy to issue a full refund in exchange for safely returned products. 

The only case for the partial refund is when the product you received has an obvious manufacturing defect, but you agree to keep it at a slightly reduced price. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When you are approved, your refund will process, and you will receive a store credit equal to the refunded amount. Store credits do not expire.


Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they were damaged or defective. 


Return Shipping
To return your product, you should email us for the best address at hello@whitecanvas.space


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

We do our best to fulfill your orders and carefully pack them for a safe trip. We hope that you understand that you are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. 

We do not issue refunds for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by a customer.
